Yes. With electronic filing — where available — returns are filed directly with the government electronically by Avalara, eliminating the need to spend time mailing paper returns or navigating DOR websites.

You will be billed at the end of the calendar month in which the returns were filed.

We noticed a lot of our customers need access to the Avalara platform to reconcile and aggregate their sales tax data but they don’t necessarily use it for filing. The fee allows any customer to use the Avalara platform and benefit from the innovation due to Avalara’s investment in technology and content. 

Returns for Small Business is only offered with an annual subscription.
